Too Much Sun at the Beach? Say Goodbye to Tanning with Aloe Vera

Tanning refers to the uneven coloring of the skin after deadly exposure of the sun. Your skin contains melanin (a chemical that is responsible for pigmentation). Basically, a tan is your body’s attempt that protects your skin from the harmful UV sun rays. The higher exposure of UV rays, the higher the pigmentation, thus, darkening the tan. How about taking a look at the home remedy for tan removal with the magic of ‘Aloe Vera’?

Why Aloe Vera?
Aloe Vera contains bio active compounds that help to inhibit tyrosinase activity that reduces
excessive pigmentation & imparts a healthy skin glow.

You Will Need:
1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon of honey
1 cucumber

The Steps:
Blend the cucumber for a thick paste.
Add honey and aloe vera gel to this paste & mix well.
Apply to the tanned areas & leave it for a good 20 minutes.
Rinse your face.

How Often This Can Be Done?
You can apply this paste twice a week to the tanned areas. Also, removing tanning with aloe vera is good to go, but diet is equally important; keep yourself hydrated at all times by drinking 15-20 minimum glasses of water every day.
